Tron: LEGACY

The sequel to the hit 80's animated masterpiece is coming with a new bag of tricks. Academy award winner Jeff Bridges returns in his role as Flynn the Video game programer and hacker. Though he isn't starring the film Flynn's son Kevin Flynn, who gets dragged into the computer world in search of his father. The release date for the film is December 17th, 2010.

Transformers have yet another game.

A new transformers game is arriving soon and it's not on Earth, and isn't based off a blockbuster film. It's set in Cybertron during the civil war between the Autobots and Decepticons a beta of the game was released at 2009's E3 showcase. A solid release date isn't set but lets see if someone can get our cybernetic heroes right in the video game world.

KNOW YOUR MAC: Gaming in your Dashboard

There is an infinite amount of imaginable things you can make your MAC do. One of them is mini games from the apple widgets center (http://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/) games like ParadisePaintball, CrashDrive 3D and more I don't feel like naming. Paintball runs close the first Halo game a few lags depending on your band width. Along with being amazing in the graphics section they are completely online multiplayer.

Formspring

New social networking site on the rise utilizing Facebook to increase the member population, Formspring, basically an Honesty Box for people who don't want to use the app on Facebook and Myspace. Many skeptics have broken down and made their own Formspring account not too much harm in doing it(I broke down and made one) it's basically putting you on a podium on national T.V. while people ask you questions.

Jobs in the animation and design field

What are you going to do when you get out of school? This is saying that your living out of your grandmother's house is no longer an option and being a bum isn't great for your mental health, but having you own place of living and doing something you want to do. Well, if you are interested in the field of design it's in a state of constant expansion and studios want you! Dozens of programs are becoming available for high-schoolers up to college students interested in the field of Design and animation you just have to put your foot in the door.

Playstation Move

Announced at 2009's E3 convention, Sony is putting Playstation into the motion genre of gaming. It works a lot like Wii's Wii-mote sensors catch the movement of the remote from the Playstation Web camera. We'll have to see if project NATAL from Microsoft will blow it's competitors out of the water.

GOD OF WAR III

God of War III has hit the stores and is proving to the masses that it's not just another crappy sequal to one of video games epic titles. This may be the final chapter of the game where Kratos frees himself from his slavery to the Gods. Release of this game is only available exclusively to PS3 owners so if you don't have one you just lost the chance to play probably one of the most epic games of 2010.

Toyota's Problems continue on the San Diego Freeway

Toyota's problems with their faulty products seem to be getting more extreme. A man lost control of his Prius on the San Diego FWY because his acceleration got stuck. You might ask why hasn't he taken his car in to the dealer for recall? Well he did and the dealer turned him down saying his model wasn't on the list. WHAT!? I hope that guy was busy or something because that's ridiculous. Hopefully Toyota will fix their problem before they loose all of their faith in the American Car market.

Why is the Gold Man named Oscar?

Why are the Oscars named Oscar? The statue is a night standing on a film reel, but who is the gold man named after his ominous presence draws millions of viewers world wide. Yet no one can remember why it got it's NAME! It's rumored several different things such as Bette Davis named it after her first husband, Harmon Oscar Nelson, others argue that, as stated by the Executive secretary for the Academy(Margeret Herrick), "The employees have affectionately dubbed their famous statue Oscar." Will we ever know truly why Oscar is indeed Oscar?

When will the BETA come?

Bungie has been releasing annual trailers for the upcoming release. for those of you that know you were given an invitation for the beta in your Halo: ODST case. The invitation wasn't all that specific though about the exact date. But it's been announced to come MAy 2010

EPIC Mickey

It seems our mousey friend is getting his own adventure game! Coming later this year possibly Disney Interactive will be releasing Epic Mickey a story about all the forgotten things in the Disney franchise: Rides, Movies, characters etc. that didn't quite survive the push for new things.

America's Army and U.S. Army recruting

The Army has found a new format for recruting. The Virtual entertainment industry. The army has endorced and slapped their name on it. Though Video games they have modified the way that several devices work such as the new predator drones and the bomb finding robots. The controls are shaped like X-BOX and Playstation controllers who spend millions to find the perfect fit for a gamers hand.
